Creating a BPM Process (.bpm)

In BPM Projects,s, you work withh so-called busid business processes (BPM Processes *.bpm) to visualize and model your company's processesy's processes. In these BPM filles, you can use a graphical editor to mapap the events, activities, and paths of your processes.

For this example BPM Project, you, you model the process "Import and approve invoices". In the ffirst step, you have to crcreate a BPM process.

Howw to create a BPM Process

1. Double-click the crecreatedd BPM Project in the Projects view view.

2. Right-click the Processes folder folder.

3. Select New > Business Process….
   The Process Creation Wizard dialog op opens.

4. In the File name text fiield,, enter the name ImportInvoices for your process.

5. Click Finish.
   ✅ The process is crea createded in the Processes foldder.

6. Double-click the process to open it in the editor.
   The process already automatically contains a start and an end point.

7. First, deletee all elements except the Start elementent to implmplement the example describbed here.
