X4 Control Center
Introduction
What is the X4 Control Center?
The X4 Control Center is the central information, control and configuration center of the X4 BPMS. The X4 Control Center combines various functions that go beyond the core functions of the X4 BPMS and are continuously expanded.
Currently, the X4 Control Center consists of three areas:
Monitoring
Administration
Development
Different user groups – from developers to specialist departments – are given the opportunity to keep an eye on their X4 processes via the X4 Control Center. This provides them with valuable real-time insight into the process flow to continuously improve it. Developers and departments can control X4 processes and apps at run time. The X4 Control Center is conveniently operated via a browser.
The X4 Control Center includes basic applications, such as user management and the API gateway. Additional apps for expanding the X4 Control Center are available as an installation package on our download page or individually via the SoftProject Marketplace. Self-created web apps can also be integrated into the X4 Control Center.
The following applications are included in the standard:
User Management: Manage users, their rights, roles, and groups, and authentication/authorization
X4 API: API Gateway
Task Management: Web App for task management
The following applications are available as add-on:
Process Monitor: Monitoring and evaluation of X4 processes
Process Scheduler: Process planning, e.g. starting X4 processes at definable times
App Configuration: Configure X4 Web Apps
Parameter Editor: Configuration of parameters in X4 processes
3rd Party License Report: Overview of third-party licenses used in X4 BPMS
