Defining Configurations in the Instance View

You can define various settings for the display of the process instances by selecting the gear icon  (image-20240812-142342.png) in the Instance View. This opens the Configuration dialog.

Description

Include debug processes

Select if you want to display executed process instances in Debug mode. 

Max. number of processes

Select how many processes to load on the server side. 

Possible values:

  • 10

  • 50

  • 100

  • 200

  • 500

  • 1.000

  • 2.000

  • 5.000

  • 10.000

Automatic Data Refresh

Select whether the data should be updated automatically and in which interval. 

Possible values:

  • OFF 

  • Every 5 minutes

  • Every 10 minutes

  • Every 15 minutes

  • Every 30 minutes

Show BAM status in overview

Note:

This setting is only relevant if you are using the BAM Logging Adapter with the Log status operation.

Regardless of whether this setting is activated or deactivated, the BAM status is displayed in the detailed view of a process instance on the Process Instance: Status and Runtime card.

Select whether to display the BAM Status column in the process instance summary table. This setting is disabled by default.

Group BAM data by PID

Note:

This checkbox is only displayed if the Show BAM status in overview checkbox is activated.

Select whether to group the BAM entries in the process instance summary table by process ID (PID).

Cancel

Cancels the definition of settings. 

Reset

Resets the defined settings. 

Apply

Applies the defined settings.
