Here you can find possible application examples for the use of global, system and project parameters.

Using parameters in adapters

Parameters can be set in two ways in adapters:

  • in the Properties view via Component Parameters (see Component Parameters)
  • in all text fields within the Adapter editor


Note

Please note the following when using parameters in adapters:

With the shortcut Ctrl+Space all available system parameters as well as global and project parameters of type String are displayed in the Value column.

The corresponding parameter can be selected from the displayed drop-down list:
