iXServ Configuration

In the server > services element within the X4config.xml, various X4 Server services can be enabled and disabled.


<snmpagent>

Activate SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). For this, an SNMP Trap Appender must be configured, see SNMP trap appender.

Possible values:

  • on: Enable SNMP service

  • off: Disable SNMP service (default)

<jcoserver>

Enable SAP Java Connector service

Possible values:

  • on: Activate JCo service

  • off: Disable JCo service (default)
