Case Management
With Case Management in X4 Designer, you can model case-related processes including business data, case states, and case-related tasks.
Define business data and case states directly in the Business Processes - this way, you do not only model the process flow, but also define a process data model at the same time, which allows you to model complex processes, e.g. specific approval processes or processes that pass through various states.
Define categories, groups and features to model your business data. Business data, such as invoice numbers, can be entered directly in the process at runtime and business rules can be defined based on them.
Define various case states directly when modeling the Business Processes. The defined states can be evaluated or set in the created BPMN diagrams via event elements, decision tables, gateway elements or human tasks.
