Text Editor

The Text Editor allows you to display and edit unformatted text files (.txt, .csv etc.). You can also edit structured data (.xml, .html etc.), however, the extended editing functions of the XML Editor are not available.

You can change the Text Editor's configuration for the whole Eclipse environment. Open the context menu by right-clicking in the editor area, and select Preferences.
