MQTT Connector 2.0.0

The adapter combines the functionality of the MQTT Subscriber and Publisher.

The adapter therefore enables the following:

  • The adapter allows you to subscribe to a topic in an MQTT broker

  • The adapter enables messages to be published in an MQTT broker

The MQTT protocol offers a simple method for message transmission via a publish/subscribe model. This makes it particularly suitable for message transmission in the Internet of Things environment, such as low-power sensors or mobile devices like phones, embedded computers or microcontrollers.
