App Configuration

This preconfigured X4 Web App allows users to  easily adapt e.g. colors, fonts or other configurations of their X4 BPMS Web Apps during runtime without restarting the application. It is possible to adapt the Web Apps to any company-specfic  design guidelines. 

Opening the App displays a list of all Web Apps available in the current instance of X4 BPMS.
These include the pre-configured X4 Web Apps as well as any Web Apps, you have created in the X4 Designer.

The list shows workspace in which the Web App is stored and the name of the project.

If you create a new Web App in the X4 Designer or change the name of an existing one, simply refresh the App Configuration Web App to reflect the changes.

Select a Web App to open the Project Configuration dialog.
